Boho Festival Chic
I've been to a few festivals but never Glastonbury: "it's on my bucket list". I've applied but never got a ticket, I fear I'm too old! When I once went to Reading music festival I was young with that carefree attitude, me and my then boyfriend pitched our tent at a spot we thought was fab only to wake up next to a burger van, complete with the accompanying aromas and the queue running past our tent. He was a vegetarian.
I've taken the girls to Jame Oliver's festival a few times, which is great fun for families and well organised, I only wretched on the last night of the weekend when I waded into the toilets with wet wipes at the ready, screaming at the girls to not touch anything, so that's a bonus...
Anyway, I digress, I've never managed that boho look, I'm short, so the shorts with long legs poking out with DM boots have never worked for me. Let alone wellies and shorts 😬 Or indeed the tussled hair and hat look.. a definite no no as I'm now grey naturally and my hair is short so a hat makes me look bald. With no makeup and my hair not done I can look 65 easily😩 This body and face needs a lot more maintenance, no amount of face paints or glitter will hide the wrinkles. I need a face mask, and maybe some firming cream.
All that said here are some ideas, and maybe a couple of sales may start this week and I can sit in my living room in a @hm silver jacket pretending I'm there!!😁
