A Fresh Look at Lilac
Hmmm. Lilac. Maybe, I got to thinking, a fresh look is needed here, for me that is. Could probably lump all purples into that to be honest. It sort of reminds me of my Nan, although I don’t mean that pejoratively - it was her favourite colour - it’s just that the association is a little old fashioned for me.
After all it’s a colour that should suit me, with my hair and skin colour, but I haven’t tried it on for years. Probably not since the 70’s, oh yes I can remember a purple roll neck jumper my mum put me in! That might not have helped my relationship with the colour.
I thought I’d put together some Lilac examples to get me into the zone for when I venture into the shops again (hoping next weekend). So c’mon Lilac, show me what you got…
